• 07/04/2009 Dr. Tuggle and Maria are an excellent team. They utilize message therapy and manipulation as needed to keep your spin aligned. I work on a computer 10 or more hours a day and carry tension in my shoulders & neck. They keep me healthy and pain free if I keep a regular schedule of therapy. If I don't keep up with my regular visits I have neck pain and head aches. I highly recommend them to anyone who does not like to take pain medication. ajcamazon

• 06/18/2009 About two months ago I started seeing Dr. Tuggle for lower back pain, as well as sciatic nerve pain that ran from my right buttock down my leg. My biggest question for Dr. Tuggle on my first visit was "Can you fix the sciatic nerve problem?". No other Chiropractor had been able to do this for me in the past, and I was surprised when he answered yes. He went on to explain a technique he uses called Graston, and it has helped me considerably.  Additionally, on the first visit Dr. Tuggle spent time with me discussing a treatment plan. Again, I've never experienced this with a Chiropractor. With the information he presented I knew what to expect regarding how many treatments I was in for, what type of treatment I was going to need, and what I needed to do outside his office in order to help facilitate my healing. • 06/14/2009- I guess what I really appreciate about Dr. Tuggle is that he incorporates Chiro treatments as a partner with conventional medicine. He embraces the latest proven solutions in his field, but he does not dismiss tried and true approaches. I've happened upon some of those "new age" and mythical-like Chiropractors out there that just reject anything conventional. What Dr. Tuggle brings is real medical knowledge and a love for the best, proven methods of Chiro. He explains the substance behind the treatments and his expertise shows in the results. •  06/11/2009- I went in to see Dr. Tuggle for an evaluation to see why my back and neck were hurting so much.I had been in a car accident 3 yrs prior to going to Wellness and Better Health Chiropractic and got no relief from my regular doctor.When I went to see Dr. Tuggle he evaluated my neck and back and came up with a treatment plan, his plan worked !! • 05/10/2009- On Thanksgiving morning I bent over to get something from the bottom drawer of the refrigerator...I couldn't get back up. I had been having problems every now and then, but on that day, my back decided to quit! On Monday, I called Dr. Tuggle. Now, I am pain free and enjoying life again!He started me on a program of stretching, exercise and treatments which made the difference. Now, I am going once a week and really look forward to my visits because I feel so much better afterward.I had always been a little unsure of Chiropractic care. • 04/26/2009- I have been a patient of Dr. Tuggle's for almost 5 years now. I first started seeing him for shoulder and back pain. With a treatment plan and regular visits the pain is gone.With my past career I was left with Carpel Tunnel Syndrome. Dr Tuggle has now started me on a new treatment called Graston Technique. Before the treatment was started I was wearing a brace because of pain & numbness. I was also unable to hold or write with a pin or hold my baby much less hold a steering wheel to drive a car. After one treatment of the Graston Technique I was able to write with little or no pain & numbness. After four treatments I didn't need to wear my brace at all. I have no more pain or numbness in my hand at all. Thank you for giving me the use of my hand back.Dr. Tuggle's staff is very professional and always welcomes my with a friendly smile. • 04/23/2009-  I have been going to Dr. John Tuggle for several years now and feel that he is a very knowledgeable chiropractor. John always answers all my questions in terms that I understand! (not being in the field) Anytime someone complains about neck, back, etc.....I always say "have you ever been to a chiropractor"?
